Payments and refunds

x402 purchases are low-value, machine-to-machine transactions. Human-assisted purchases use an invoice or operator-confirmed payment record.

Duplicate charges, failed delivery, incorrect orders and payment-provider errors are reviewed manually. Refunds are returned through the original route where technically and legally possible.

Final prices, VAT treatment, payment methods, refund windows and operator contact must be configured before launch.
