Data corrections and takedowns

Every record should identify its source and observation date. If a record is inaccurate, stale, restricted, or should be removed, submit the record ID, requested change and evidence below.

Requests are reviewed by a human. Corrections preserve an audit trail and do not silently rewrite paid deliverables.

Operator contact details must be configured before launch.
